DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS
Where an item has arrived damaged, mis-bound or faulty please let us know via our Contact page. Where there is a major failure in relation to the goods, you are entitled to a replacement product which is identical or of similar value if reasonably available. We may request to see your proof of purchase and proof of damage. If there is a minor failure in relation to the goods, we may elect to replace the goods at our discretion. For any goods that have been damaged in delivery and are eligible for exchange the following applies: All items shipped sealed or shrink-wrapped must be returned at the customers cost in original sealed/shrink-wrapped condition. Items that have been opened/removed from shrink wrap are not eligible for exchange.
